Model I Stacker Upgrades Screens

 

	Real Time Screen Displays a real-time view of various parameters such as line speed, current stack count, discharge set point. Also provides various operator pushbuttons for machine control such as Discharge, Order Change, and Reset Backstop.
	Set Up Entry Screen Displays setup information for all the setup in the queue. The queue can contain up to 50 setups. The operator can access setup entry for direct data entry without a plant port.
	Status Screen Displays current status of various inputs required to run or execute a order change. A Diagnostic screen is also available that timestamps events as they occur to assist the operator in determining the cause of entry into a fault condition.

Maintenance screens are also available for complete configuration and setup of the machine. This includes all conveyor speed adjustments.
