The following upgrades are available for the DataMaster:
Conveyor Controls Port
7990583 - Conveyor controls RS232C port with software to communicate with customer-supplied conveyor control computer. Per MarquipWardUnited protocol. (7990584) Long distance driver is also available.
DataMaster II to III
7991462 - Hardware and software to upgrade existing DataMaster II to III capabilities (500 order, entry, significantly improved access speed, multi-tasking, improved editing features). Includes Pentium Computer which can be place in existing tub.
DataMaster III
7990575 - DataMaster III computer with keyboard and color monitor for single entry of 500 order-ahead setup. Includes floppy disk and hard disk drives, slitter/scorer, auto aux slitter/ scorer, and knife ports and air-conditioned console.
Downtime Recording Port
7990585 - Downtime recording port with sensing module to allow entry of downtime reason and reporting on optional printer, optional plant port or operator display.
No-Chop Order Change
7990587 - Hardware to initiate length change only on order change on count without disruption of queue in DataMaster, Knife, and Slitter/Scorer.
Pentium Replacement Computer for DataMaster III
7991802 - Includes keyboard, monitor, and software to run DataMaster III program (with original options except floppy on front panel).
Plant Port
7990577 - Serial communications port (RS232C) with software for communications with customer supplied scheduling computer. Per MarquipWardUnited protocol. (7990578) Long distance driver is also available.
Pre-Roll Top Console
7990586 - Console to match consoles shipped before roll-top design.
Printer
7990576 - Printer for DataMaster III, dot matrix.
Wet End Port
7990581 - Wet end RS232C port and software to communicate with wet end and control computer. Per MarquipWardUnited protocol. (7990582) Long distance driver is also available.
NOTE: Does not include any additional hardware that may be required.
NOTE: Field Service installation assistance is recommended and is not included in software update price. It may be possible to install the software update via modem, in some cases, dependent upon hardware and software configuration.
