The following upgrades are available for the DECC:
Air Flow Sensor Upgrade for Computer
7993494 - MarquipWardUnited has developed an upgrade to add an air flow sensor to the computer cage blower. This will detect loss of air flow due to both dirty filters and blower failures. When the air flow sensor detects low air flow, the DECC will shut down until the filter is replaced or the blower is repaired, thus protecting the components in the rack and preventing machine operational malfunctions.
ASB Module
7993464 - Input/output adapter module which may be required to work with 5/40 PLC upgrade.
Conveyor Port
7990380 - Conveyor Controls Port (RS422) to Pentek Conveyor Control System with software to communicate with customer-supplied conveyor control computer.
DECC Software Option - Setup History Reporting
7990370 - Software for recording of order run information for up to 500 previous orders. (History requires Dry End Setup Change Sequencer.)
DECC Software Option - Production Reporting
7990371 - Format and display of production totals for previous 11 months of production, by shift. NOTE: Requires Setup History Reporting.
DECC Software Option - On Line Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
7990369 - Help windows on the diagnostics screen which define recommended procedures to resolve problems reported by diagnostics. Available only on DECC-based equipment.
DECC Software Option - Downtime Reporting
7990372 - Downtime reporting port with sensing module to allow entry of downtime reason and reporting on optional printer, optional plant port or operator display. Includes plot of corrugator speed vs. time, plus ideal corrugator performance. Identifies reason for downtime.
DECC Software Option - Maintenance Control Reporting
7990373 - Records count, hours or lineal feet run since last maintenance.
DECC Software Option - One Time Software Update
7993030 - Software update includes one complete DECC system software update.
Diskette Data Entry
7990376 - Diskette entry system for entry of order setup data of the Dry End Cell Controller.
Dry End Setup Change Sequencer
7990363 - Setup change contact closure sequence initiated by specific number of cuts or by operator-initiated shear chop.
Dry End Setup Change Speed Controller
7990365 - Provides analog speed commands required to create a gap for setup change sequence.
Dry End Setup Change Initiator
7993213 - Setup change contact closure initiated by specific number of cuts. Interface to customer's dry end setup change sequencer and speed controller.
Dry End Setup Change Speed Optimization
7990366 - The Dry End SCSO option computes the highest possible setup change speed with either zero or multiple chop outs.
LaserJet Graphics Printer Systems or Port Only
7990805 - Printer and port for use in printing out manual auxiliary setups, history display, production totals and downtime reporting, including printer stand. For Port Only, customer to provide printer and cable, and locate within 1 m (3 ft) of Dry End Cell Controller. The printer must support HP GL5 if graphical print-outs will be used.
Load Tag Data Port to Customer's Computer
7990382 - Load tag printing system includes software, hardware and printer to generate load tags including printer stand. For Port Only, customer supplies printers and cables.

Scrap Keypad
7990809 - Scrap keypad includes compact keypad which allows two-stroke entry of scrap removed from the stacker.
UPS
7990790 - Uninterruptible power supply for DECC recommended for locations with power source problems such as power fluctuation, phase loss, spikes, etc.
Wet End/Dry End Interface
7990367 - Controls for automatic transfer of order change mode and corrugator speed control from the dry end to the wet end for a wet end order change.
Wet End Port
7990379 - Wet End Port (RS422) to Wet End Control System and software to communicate with other's wet end control computer (does not include wet end/dry end interface).
Winstat Remote Terminal
7991699 - Remote terminals with access up to two status screens. Up to seven monitors can be purchased. (7990385) Wet End Screen and (7990387) Scrap Entry Screen are optional.
NOTE: Does not include any additional hardware that may be required.
NOTE: Field Service installation assistance is recommended and is not included in software update price. It may be possible to install the software update via modem, in some cases, dependent upon hardware and software configuration.
