Dual Vac Mod

The MarquipWardUnited Dual Vac Mod offers high speed shingling of sensitive products without the use of snubber wheels to produce product free of scuff marks typically caused by traditional overlap methods.
This multi chamber vacuum system is specially designed to slowly reduce the speed of the sheet from the high speed section to an overlapped run position and pull the tail of the sheet down for reliable overlap of the following sheet.  The system is offered as an upgrade to our standard SheetPro Sheeters and SheetRunner Sheeters as well as upgrade on existing equipment.
