This remarkably useful tool is designed to provide MarquipWardUnited customers with an additional form of service. Timely and knowledgeable, the Expert System works by helping you troubleshoot a machine in a manner much the same as a human expert would.
How does it work?
The Expert System asks a series of questions concerning symptoms exhibited by the machine or process. Based on the answers to these questions, the Expert System recommends further tests to perform or identifies machine components that may be the cause of the symptoms. Developed over many years, the Expert System harnesses the knowledge of MarquipWardUnited's customer support department.

Note to Vintage OES Users with IE 5.5 or 6.0:
Service Pack 2 for Internet Explorer version 5.5 renders the browser incapable of launching the MarquipWardUnited On-Line Expert System from a Web page. This is also an issue with I.E. 6.0. This problem can be resolved by saving the following file to your hard drive and then opening it to update your browser: ica32t.exe (1,822k). Vintage OES is not compatible with Netscape. |
