The following upgrades are available for the Razorslit Station:
Auxillary Nip Roll
7990400 - Freestanding no-crush auxiliary nip roller section installed upstream of the slitter/scorer to drive the web through the slitter/scorer, into the knife. Used on systems where light-weight board is run with distance between doublebacker and slitter/scorer greater than 9 m (30 ft).
Conversion of Top Mounted Trim Chute
7991003 - Conversion of top-mounted trim chutes to bottom-mounted trim chutes for more reliable trim pickup.
Model II Razorset® Upgrade
7991069 - For MarquipWardUnited Slitter/Scorer's with existing Model I Razorset Slitting System. Model II Razorset upgrade includes a new grinding system, snap-out type wick change system, and updates air and oil "Festoon System" to latest design.

Pneumatic Web Separator
7990634 - Pneumatic tube with air nozzles to blast air from above web at end of forks during order change to direct web to proper level.
765 mm (30 in.) Minimum Paper Width
7991072 - Modified trim chutes to accommodate a minimum paper width of 750 mm (30 in).

NOTE: Field Service installation assistance is recommended and is not included in software update price. It may be possible to install the software update via modem, in some cases, dependent upon hardware and software configuration.
