Robotic Plunge Slitter/Scorer
The Robotic Plunge Slitter/Scorer has multiple slit and score stations so that tools on one station can be set up while tools are running on a second station. At order change the tools for the old order will plunge out of the board, while the new order tools plunge into the board. This order change plunge occurs in 0.3 seconds, allowing order changes to occur without changes in line speed. Both gapless and natural gap order changes can be run with this Slitter/Scorer. |
