Our modular designs enable us to give new life into existing Sheeters by upgrading specific areas. Typically this can be done for a fraction of the new machine price. New life can also be given to machinery manufactured by companies such as Jagenberg, Masson Scott, SHM, Kotabuta,etc.,. Current Upgrades include:
Splicer upgrade: Replace existing manual splice system with new MWU Splicer for automatic splicing at line speeds up to 150MPM (500FPM)
Knife Upgrade 50L to 100L: Primary benefit of MWU 100L knife upgrade is to increase sheet cut length to line speed ratio by adding additional MWU cylinder motor and drive.
Knife Outfeed Upgrade: Upgrade existing brush style Outfeed to new Gator Mouth Outfeed
MarquipWardUnited Knife: Replace existing competitor knife with new MWU Dual Rotary Knife
400MPM (1300 FPM) Line Upgrade: System upgrade to increase the max speed capability of the sheeter to 400MPM (1300FPM).
Plastic Mesh Upgrade: Replace existing roller conveyor in stacking bay with plastic mesh conveyor
System Line Speed Display: Large Display to show percent of knife's speed curve the sheeter is currently running and/or actual line speed.
SheetLeader: upgrade to replaces tape belts with continuous flat belt.

All MarquipWardUnited Upgrades are sold on an exchange basis. This means that all removed parts are the property of MarquipWardUnited and should be returned to MarquipWardUnited for disposition.
Field Service installation assistance is recommended and is not included in software update price. It may be possible to install the software update via modem, in some cases, dependent upon hardware and software configuration.
