Adjustable Lower Anvil Roller Stand
7991648 (stand only) and 7991649 (roller and stand) - Includes new anvil roll stand which allows for repositioning the rollers downstream as the blade diameter decreases. Increases blade life.

Auxiliary Nip Roller
7990400 - Freestanding no-crush auxiliary nip roller section installed upstream of the Slitter/Scorer to drive the web through the Slitter/Scorer, into the Knife. Used on systems where light-weight board is run with distance between Double Backer and Slitter/Scorer greater than 9 m (30 ft).
BBC to Reliance
7993117 - Includes Reliance Drive and Fuases to replace existing BBC drive.
NOTE: contact MarquipWardUnited Parts department for replacement price of spare BBC drive. (Available for Model I Slitter/Scorer, Shear & Downstacker.)
Electronic Lockdown Timer
7991547 - Includes timers which will deactivate (lock) the electric lockdown if left active for an extended period of time.
5TI PLC Upgrade
7991287 - Upgrade to replace 5TI Upgrade includes the following: Processor, I/O base and I/O; wire whips from new I/O base to existing terminals; new software, software documentation including TCAM list and I/O list; procedure for converting old TCAM settings to new; new panel layout, new I/O rack wiring, and a new controls schematic. Inductor Protect
7993461 - Protects the Slitter/Scorer drive cards from failure due to motor armature shorting to ground. Increases reliability of drive cards and reduces component failure.
NOTE: One required for Slitter/Scorer and one required for Automatic Auxiliary Scoring Station, if necessary. Available on Model I and II Slitter/Scorers with brush-style motors.
Manual Auxiliary Scoring Station Leadscrews
7990426 - Larger leadscrews and various structural modifications to improve leadscrew wear and durability. Limit switches to prevent manual station from being lowered without stop bolts in place.
Model II Razor Slitting
7991069 - For MarquipWardUnited Slitter/Scorer's with existing Model I Razorset Slitting System. Model II Razorset upgrade includes a new grinding system, snap-out type wick change system, and updates air and oil "Festoon System" to latest design.

Razor Tooling Drive Conversion

Razorset Independent Grinding Regulators

Razorset Quick Change Blade System
7990817 - Quick Change Blade System includes eight-bolt support rings, air ratchet wrench with Allen bit and recoil hose, T-bar wrench and modifications to existing holddown roll. Drastically reduces maintenance time to change Razorset blades.

Slitter/Scorer Razorset
