The following upgrades are available for the Twin Box Slitter:
Diagnostic System
7991778 - The diagnostic system will reduce troubleshooting time. This system will enhance troubleshooting problems using the DTAM Plus.
Dual, Self Purging Air Filter System
7991779 - The Dual, Self-Purging Air Filter System automatically removes water that was captured by the filters.
Hatchback Style Side Guards
7991777 - The hatchback-style side guards allows fast accessibility via hinged doors and gas springs.
Paddle Extension Hold Ups
7991872 - Spring steel is used to hold paddle extensions. Replaces pneumatic cylinders.
Self-Cleaning Low Maintenance Sharpening
7991780 - The Self-Cleaning, Low Maintenance Sharpening System significantly reduces maintenance and cleaning time. All chips are flushed into a magnetic separation system where the chips are removed from the water without the use of filter paper. In addition, the system is stiffer and, therefore, produces a finer quality blade tip.
Upstream Wing Guards
7991776 - The upstream wing guarding allows fast accessibility via hinged doors.
3 Phase Sharpener Drive System
7991774 - This sharpening system will reduce maintenance and significantly increase blade life. It uses one 3-phase brushless induction motor that drives one common shaft. This shaft transmits torque to both flex shafts.

NOTE: Field Service installation assistance is recommended and is not included in software update price. It may be possible to install the software update via modem, in some cases, dependent upon hardware and software configuration.
