Vacuum Preheater Booster Plate Upgrade
Thinwall, rectangular preheater booster plates promote efficient heat transfer while the vacuum supplied by the blower conforms the paper to the surface, aiding in removal of wrinkles and providing uniform heating of the paper. The uniform surface contact provided by the vacuum also reduces and equalizes moisture content across the width of the web, allowing the operator to control factors which cause warp in the finished product. Additionally, the unit fits into spaces where a drum heater won't.
